Guidelines for Foreign Business Personnel Working and Living in China (2024 Edition)

To facilitate the work and life of foreign business persons in China, the Ministry of Commerce, together with relevant departments, compiled the Guidelines for Foreign Business Personnel Working and Living in China (2024 Edition), which is divided into four parts: matters needing attention, daily life services, residence and stay services in China, and work-related services in China. It covers matters such as handling accommodation, communication cards, bank cards, residence permits, work permits, social insurance, opening mobile payments, taking public transportation, and paying personal income tax, for reference by foreign business persons working and living in China. In the future, we will update the Guidelines for Foreign Business Personnel Working and Living in China once a year according to the adjustment of relevant policies and handling procedures.
